Preparing for a silk painting class! Jonathan Chan's congregation in NJ Teaching silk Painting at Messiah Conf. T intersection/construction madness NJ driver, zipping around a 32,000 lb RV Andre changing a tire on the truck Sick day. A foggy road in Maryland. His and Hers Tissues. Rehearsing for AMF! July has been pretty interesting, between preparing for the Messiah Conference, and playing concerts we've been very blessed, and have made several new awesome friends!
It's been SO hot, and I'm extremely thankful that our unit has an AC that works well. Andre and I are currently fighting off some kind of obnoxious cold, so I'm feeling super blessed to have creature features. <3
We definitely could use prayer right now for provision during our down time, we've broken three strings on the Harp, blown a tire on the truck, and a tire on our Airstream trailer, and we've been having several mechanical issues with the RV. Money, money, money... Tires are NOT cheep. On a lighter note, I'm extremely excited for the Ashville Music Festival <a href="http://www.amf12.com" title="www.amf12.com" target="_blank"><a href="http://www.amf12.com" target="_blank">www.amf12.com
I've made a final song list for my 20 minute set, and I'm working on an acoustic arrangement of a song that I haven't played in a while, I can't wait to share it! I'm not going to tell you what song that is, but I CAN let you know that I'm playing "Things once lost" in my set. =)
I'm really looking forward to recording another Video Demo for Youtube. Andre wants to record it and release it after the Music Festival, so expect a new video sometime in the "teens" of August.
Recording the other two videos really made the reality of this project sink in. I feel a lot of peace, and I'm really looking forward to this future stuff.I'm going to go and eat something now. =)

I&#8217;m back from Korea and Japan! It was such an amazing trip. I&#8217;ve got so much on my mind now. Ever since I found out how high the suicide rates are in Japan and Korea. They have really been on my heart. Korea and Japan have faces for me now, and because of this, I was inspired to share some very personal parts of my testimony during our longer concerts in Korea. It&#8217;s amazing how parts of your life that you try to hide away, can end up being the most encouraging and helpful to share. Everywhere there are humans, a war wages. Even in our moments of peace. The more I venture out into the world, the more I see that God fights for us, and the proof can be found every where, but especially in Israel&#8217;s History. One tiny nation has survived against all odds, because of Love (Seriously, by human standards they should be a paragraph in a History text book by now). God will fight for the suffering people in Korea and Japan. He will fight for all his children in Somalia, Iraq, Burma, Afganistan and all the world, I know this, because God has fought for me, and pulled me out of my own self inflicted hell. This Passover, we look forward to His return, and ultimately: the end of fear and pain. Death has no authority over me any more, I now know that I am loved, and trust that I am safe. I&#8217;m in the arms of a loving being, who isn&#8217;t just talk. He already went beyond any flimsy human commitment. He conquered death for me, so I could LIVE. Do you have a hope like this? I really pray that you do.

We're BACK!!! =DWe enjoyed ourselves, made new friends,...

At the Sakura festival Something Delicious and very Japanese The Electronics district (Japan) More of them actually made it in there!! Ceiling of the Royal Palace (Korea) Hand made Pottery We're BACK!!! =DWe enjoyed ourselves, made new friends, and had a really fruitful time of ministry. Thanks to every one who prays for us, and thank you for the continuing support.Japanese and Korean societies both share a very humble and polite spirit. They treat their elderly with great respect, this is reflected in their language and culture. In South Korea if some one is even one year older than you, you speak to them differently, and are generally expected to treat them with respect. We have never experienced such amazing hospitality and generosity as we did during this trip. My father was especially taken with the cultural ingenuity. (Like Japans more modern heated toilet seats, and Korean electric floor heating.) We were blessed with opportunities in both countries, to see historically significant places, and the food... oooh the food <3 I think I can go without Kimchi for a while though. I could probably make a ream of paper with all the fiber I consumed while I was in Korea. Hahaha!!I actually really liked almost every kind of Kimchi I tried (There are a LOT), the whole family became Korean food eating champs! We met so many awesome people, I'll post more substancial things and fun things over the next few days. Right now, I'm still working out my sleeping schedule, and I'm still feeling congested from my cold. =) God bless you! =D
